Semaris Ltd is a Mauritian property development group focused on residential destinations across Mauritius, Morocco and Seychelles. Formerly Alto Development Ltd, it was incorporated in 2018 and holds and develops non-hotel real estate assets previously owned by New Mauritius Hotels. Its projects are pursued through local subsidiaries, with a portfolio that spans the Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate in Mauritius, Royal Palm Marrakech in Morocco and a planned Praslin development in Seychelles. At Les Salines on Mauritius’s west coast, Semaris is developing Harmonie through Les Salines PDS Ltd. The 150-hectare Property Development Scheme brings together a planned 18-hole golf course and 220 villas in an estate conceived around Black River’s lagoon and landscape. The first phase includes three JFA Architects villa concepts with bioclimatic design, as well as serviced plots reserved for Mauritian buyers.
