Cape Bay

Cape Bay Beach Resort is a completed residential development opposite Bain Boeuf Beach in northern Mauritius. 2Futures’ official track record records 49 apartments, approximately 8,200 m² of gross building area and a delivered status. The developer’s project page describes an infinity pool, gym and concierge, with private plunge pools on apartment terraces and a shared pool in the landscaped central garden. These are project-level specifications from the developer’s published material; individual unit layouts and inclusions can differ. The resort sits in the Bain Boeuf area, close to the north coast’s beaches and the Grand Baie region. 2Futures marks the project sold, so this page documents completed portfolio work rather than current developer inventory. Any resale should be assessed at the individual property level, with current availability, price, floor area basis and features confirmed from the seller’s documents.
