Avalon Golf Estate

Avalon Golf Estate is a 460-acre development at Bois Sec, completed in 2015. Lincoln Realty describes an operating golf course and clubhouse, a residential morcellement of 315 lots, and three distinct areas for real estate projects. Homesites are described as having views across rivers, ravines, mountains or the course. The golf course was designed by South African course designer Peter Matkovich. The published lot count describes the estate plan, not current availability.
