The PAC Residencies is a boutique low-rise apartment and penthouse development in Pointe aux Canonniers, on Mauritius's north coast, designed around tropical landscaping and a wellness-led residential setting. Its official project website markets contemporary homes with private terraces, generous natural light and easy access to the wider Grand Baie, Mont Choisy and northern-beach areas. It is near the coast; the material does not establish that every residence is beachfront or has direct beach access.
The official brochure presents several two- and three-bedroom apartment models and a four-bedroom penthouse. Published representative layouts include two-bedroom Model 1 at 103.1 m² total (86.1 m² internal plus 17 m² covered terrace), another two-bedroom Model 4 at 95.6 m², a three-bedroom Model 2 at 121 m², and a four-bedroom penthouse at approximately 349 m². These are layout models, not a confirmed unit-by-unit inventory; total area should not be confused with net internal area. The English and French project material contains a 42-versus-43 apartment-count conflict, so Collection does not assert a total available or planned-home figure until the developer reconciles it.
The advertised communal offer combines a heated resort-style swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, hammam, landscaped gardens, lift access, security and parking. Penthouse marketing depicts a separate private pool, a large terrace/pergola, study and laundry, and four en-suite bedrooms. These penthouse features must not be represented as standard for the other apartments; completion, inclusion and access remain subject to the final specifications.
The project site was advertising a starting price of EUR 350,000 when reviewed in October 2026, whereas an older ISOP portfolio figure was EUR 370,000. Neither is a current quotation for any selected residence. The official brochure refers to the Property Development Scheme (PDS), but purchasers should verify the current approval, residence eligibility, sale charges, latest construction and handover dates and live availability with the project team.
