Manta Cove is a completed beachfront residence at La Preneuse on Mauritius’ west coast, between Tamarin and Black River. The 20-residence development was delivered in 2020 and combines the beachfront setting with landscaped grounds, covered parking and a mix of apartments, penthouses and villas. Property Lab’s project information describes typical apartments at approximately 245 m² and penthouses at approximately 486 m². The penthouses were designed with broad wraparound terraces and private six-metre plunge pools. The original project brochure maps freehold RES apartments and penthouses alongside a separate leasehold villa area, with a landscaped route and shared beach facilities shown between the project areas.
