Cape Bay Beach Resort is a completed residential development by 2Futures opposite Bain Boeuf Beach on Mauritius’ north coast. The project comprises 49 apartments. The developer records approximately 8,200 m² of gross building area across the scheme; that figure is not an apartment floor area. The residence is across the coastal road from the beach, rather than directly on the beachfront. At the centre of the development, a communal swimming pool sits within landscaped gardens. The original Cape Bay specification also described an infinity pool, a gym, concierge services and underground parking. Apartments were marketed with terraces and private plunge pools, and 2Futures advertised access to its 2Beach Club in Pereybere.
