Les Promenades de l’Avenir is ER Property’s apartment development in the L’Avenir neighbourhood of Moka Smart City. Set against the Moka mountain range and beside La Promenade, it brings homes to a mixed-use district with connections to Saint-Pierre and the M3 motorway. The original programme comprises 34 residences in Block A and 42 in Block B. Block A was advertised with one to four bedrooms; Block B focuses on one- and two-bedroom apartments. Those programme figures describe the original development and are not a current stock count. ER Property’s current sales page advertises completed Block B apartments for resale from MUR 6,500,000. The advertised selection is described as one- and two-bedroom homes of approximately 48–87 m², with a dedicated parking space; some ground-floor options have gardens.
