Element Bay II is a completed residential development in Bain Bœuf on Mauritius’s north coast. The 2Futures project record describes 24 residences in two buildings, including 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Its corporate track record records 5,310 m² of gross building area. These are original development figures, not a statement of current homes for sale. Photographs supplied by 2Futures show the completed buildings around a communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The original project information also advertised a gym and 24-hour security. Current services, operating arrangements and associated charges have not been independently checked. The development is close to Bain Bœuf Beach and the services of Grand Baie. Historical ground- and first-floor plans show example apartment layouts advertised at 142–190 m².
