Ocean’s Garden is a completed five-residence apartment development by Diamond Estates in Flic en Flac, on Mauritius’s west coast. The original developer brochure documents two three-bedroom ground-floor apartments with private gardens, two three-bedroom apartments on the first floor and one three-bedroom penthouse with an extensive outdoor terrace and lift access. Each original plan shows two bathrooms. The estate was designed with approximately 2,000 m² of landscaped grounds, a shared horizon-style swimming pool, a children’s corner, barbecue and outdoor relaxation areas. The original plans also show parking, an automated entrance gate, a store and backup generation. Diamond Estates places the public beach around 500 metres away, and advertises sea-facing views and access to the sea; the precise site boundaries, access rights and individual views have not been independently surveyed.
