Rockview is a completed Residential Estate Scheme (RES) development by Diamond Estates in Mont Mascal, Petit Raffray, on Mauritius’s north coast near Grand Baie. The developer’s masterplan and the Mauritius Economic Development Board’s approved-project register both document a six-villa scheme. Its original design centres on private swimming pools and decks, landscaped gardens, covered terraces and indoor–outdoor living. Diamond Estates also describes a semi-open fitted kitchen, separate grease kitchen and walk-in food store. The historical technical specification includes a shared gym, 24-hour watchman, automated estate gate, solar water heating, bedroom air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. These are original project specifications, not an independent inspection of every completed villa. Diamond Estates lists Rockview among its completed projects. Current resale stock, asking prices and the condition of individual homes have not been verified.
