Novaterra is Terra Group’s property and land-development arm, working from a long-established northern Mauritian landholding to create residential, commercial, cultural and mixed-use places. Founded in 2017, the company combines development, project delivery, land management, asset management and customer support within one multidisciplinary team. Its flagship undertaking is Beau Plan Smart City, a long-term urban project in Pamplemousses organised around living, working, learning, leisure and creativity.
