Pierrefonds – Phase 1

Pierrefonds – Phase 1 records Medine’s original residential land release at Pierrefonds, in the Plaines Wilhems district. The project comprised approximately 1,400 residential plots and is identified by Medine as sold out. It is shown here as completed phase history, separate from later Pierrefonds development activity. The scale of the original project made it a major land-parcelling operation. Medine’s integrated report describes Phase 1 as sold out, while the Group’s subsequent reporting records delivery of the lots to their owners. The original project count is not a measure of current resale availability. Pierrefonds is positioned within a changing transport and development corridor. The Flic-en-Flac bypass works connect the area with Cascavelle and the west-coast road network; actual travel times depend on route and conditions. Buyers considering an individual resale should check its exact location, access, title, plot dimensions, permitted construction, infrastructure connections and any applicable charges. Collection records this phase to explain Medine’s development history. Any current listing must be tied to a verified individual property, with its own seller, price, documentation and availability.
