Bois des Champs

Bois des Champs is a serviced residential land development by Mont Choisy Group in the north of Mauritius, within the broader Mont Choisy estate near Grand Baie. The project comprised 159 plots, planned as a secure, landscaped neighbourhood among existing greenery and endemic trees. The development was designed for Mauritian buyers. Contemporary reporting at launch described plots ranging from approximately 445 to 716 m²; those historical dimensions and launch terms should not be applied to a specific resale without checking its title plan and current documentation. Mont Choisy Group records Bois des Champs as delivered in 2023, and its official portfolio identifies the development as completed. The wider Mont Choisy setting brings together residential areas, golf, leisure and services. These shared surroundings do not mean every plot has the same outlook or access rights. A purchaser considering a resale should confirm the plot boundaries, permitted building envelope, infrastructure connections, title conditions, charges and the current seller’s terms. The 159-plot figure describes the original project. It is not an indication of plots currently available through Collection.
