Les Allées du Golf

Les Allées du Golf is a residential land development by Mont Choisy Group within the Mont Choisy estate in Grand Baie. The project comprised 168 serviced plots adjoining Mont Choisy Golf, giving buyers the opportunity to build a private home within the wider northern smart-city environment. Mont Choisy’s official history records Les Allées du Golf among four projects delivered in 2023 and states that the 168 plots were handed over. The project was launched in 2020 and sold out within weeks, according to the Group’s published history. It is therefore presented here as completed portfolio history; the original plot count must not be read as current availability. The golf setting is one part of the address. Mont Choisy is a wider mixed-use destination with residential, leisure and service components, while access, membership and use rights can differ by facility. Buyers considering a resale should verify the specific plot or home, title and building conditions, infrastructure status, estate charges and any applicable restrictions directly with the seller and relevant professionals. This page describes the original development, not an offer of land for sale.
