Marguery Villas

Marguery Villas is an operating resort residence at Plantation Marguery in Rivière Noire on Mauritius’s west coast. MJ Développement advertises 40 private-pool villas with three- or four-bedroom layouts, tropical gardens and a clubhouse. The developer describes concierge services such as in-villa catering, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, golf green-fee bookings and excursion planning. The project page says the resort is in operation and lists immediate availability, but it does not provide a live inventory count or confirm which services are included with each villa. The headline price is shown from €690,000, while the detailed villa offers currently displayed on the developer page are higher. Treat those as different marketing references, not a current price schedule. Ask for the exact available villa, plot and interior areas, floor plan, inclusions, service charges, rental-management terms, title and scheme documents, and a dated price and availability schedule. The linked images are official project photographs, while the masterplan is historical marketing material and should not be relied on as a surveyed boundary or current approved layout.
