Domaine Dyhana

Domaine Dyhana is a 19-villa estate beside the river at Grande Rivière Noire, close to Black River Gorges National Park. La Maison Tropicale’s historic project material presents four tropical villa designs, each arranged around outdoor living with a private garden, terrace and swimming pool, and views towards the river. The advertised designs comprised the three-bedroom Shambhu (246 m² built), Shankara (282–320 m² built) and Ananta (435 m² built), plus the five-bedroom Mahadeva (568 m² built). These are historical design figures, not a statement of current availability or independently verified as-built areas. Historic plans also referred to an organic spice garden and a residents’ spa. The project was marketed under the former PDS framework with a mid-2019 delivery target. No current first-party availability schedule, price list, completion certificate, title pack or updated services schedule was found during this review, so buyers should confirm current sale or resale status, legal eligibility, exact plans, inclusions and operating services directly with the developer. The map pin shows an approximate project vicinity derived from a published project marker; it is not a surveyed boundary, entrance or unit location.
