Domitys Le Domaine de Grand Baie

Domitys Le Domaine de Grand Baie is a completed serviced senior-residence development in northern Mauritius, delivered through a collaboration involving 2Futures and the French senior-living operator Aegide-Domitys. 2Futures project information lists 145 residences and 17,390 m² of gross building area. The concept combines private accommodation with hospitality and resident services, giving the project a different operating model from a conventional apartment development. The developer’s materials describe a location between Grand Baie and the Mont Choisy coast, with nearby access to everyday services and leisure. Service availability, care provision and operating arrangements should be confirmed with the current operator. This profile records a completed project and makes no claim about current vacancies or unit sales.
