Les Résidences de Mont Choisy

Les Résidences de Mont Choisy is a completed 2Futures development of 20 apartments in northern Mauritius, within the Mont Choisy area near Grand Baie. The homes form part of a setting that combines residential accommodation with access to services through Domaine de Grand Baie on the same site. From the developer: the project offers concierge support, cleaning and maintenance services. Advertised dining options include restaurants, a bar and room service, alongside an outdoor pool. The project microsite also describes a gym, spa, sauna, hammam and Zen garden, with a library and pétanque among its communal activities. These are advertised facilities and service arrangements, not a promise that every service is included in an apartment purchase. Buyers should confirm present access rights, charges, booking arrangements and the scope of the residence-management agreement for their chosen home. Nearby beach, golf and shopping destinations are part of the wider neighbourhood, not private amenities of the development. This completed-development profile does not establish live apartment availability. Check the individual floor plan, furnishings, service charges and current sale documents before comparing homes.
