Arboréa — Camp Ithier

Arboréa is Alteo Property’s agricultural land development at Camp Ithier on Mauritius’s east coast. Alteo says the first two phases attracted strong demand and is now advertising a new release of agricultural plots. The opportunity is for land ownership and agricultural or long-term family heritage projects; it is not presented as a residential estate with completed homes. Alteo positions Camp Ithier close to Trou d’Eau Douce, the east-coast beaches and Anahita, with access to the main Flacq–Bel Air road network. Its published travel times — five minutes to Trou d’Eau Douce, ten minutes to coastal areas and Anahita, and about one hour to SSR International Airport — are the developer’s estimates and should be checked for the chosen route and traffic conditions. The official page says plots are available now but does not publish the number of plots in the current release, individual lot references, areas, live availability or prices. Buyers should request the current plot plan, price schedule, title information, access details and applicable agricultural-use conditions before making a commitment. The map pin comes directly from the project marker embedded on Alteo Property’s official Arboréa page. It identifies the project vicinity at Camp Ithier; it is not a surveyed parcel boundary or confirmed site entrance.
