Edenrock Property Developments Ltd is a Mauritian developer established in 2012, creating residential and commercial developments across the island’s west, north and east coasts. Its portfolio includes apartments, penthouses and Tamarin Commercial Hub. Co-founders Mathieu de Maudave Bestel, CEO, and Azize Mamode Ally, Chairman, lead the business from Tamarin. The developer reports International Property Awards recognition for Erok and The Peninsula. Edenrock’s approach combines contemporary architecture, carefully considered interiors and a focus on each project’s surroundings.
