关于此项目

Maisons de Bonneval is a low-density collection of seven family villas in Domaine de Belouguet, Tamarin, on Mauritius’ west coast. Set near the foot of La Tourelle mountain, the private residential enclave is positioned for mountain views, Tamarin Bay, local schools, clinics, shops and west-coast beaches. Search for Maisons de Bonneval villas for sale in Tamarin to explore the project’s current opportunities. The project was planned as seven freehold homes under Mauritius’ Property Development Scheme (PDS). Property Lab includes Maisons de Bonneval in its portfolio; the original bilingual brochure credits Horizon Projects as developer and ARK Atelier as architect. Current agency materials show four remaining opportunities at the time of research: villas 1, 2 and 3 are listed as sold; villa 4 is to be offered on completion; villas 5 and 6 are under construction; and villa 7 is a double plot with an existing house presented for renovation. Buyers should reconfirm each status directly before making plans. A September 2026 promoter price list, reported by Gadait on 2 October, places Villa 6 at €1,750,000 and Villa 5 at €1,850,000, excluding notary fees, government taxes, furnishings and décor packs. Villa 6 is a four-bedroom home on an 1,847 m² plot. Its listed schedule gives 304.7 m² of covered space, 218.5 m² of exterior areas and 620.2 m² combined, including a 71.4 m² swimming pool. Villa 5 has the same stated house areas on a larger 2,103 m² plot. A garden studio is an optional extra, not a standard inclusion. Prices, build programmes and availability can change. The villa concept combines open-plan living, high vaulted ceilings, bedroom suites, a mezzanine, double garage and outdoor entertaining space, with layouts oriented towards the surrounding mountains. The imported Villa 6 architect plan is specific to that residence; the dated site plan and estate masterplan show plot positions and access and should be checked against the latest promoter schedule. Brochure renderings are illustrative, and options or finishes may differ between villas. This Collection page brings together the Maisons de Bonneval brochure, current gallery imagery, a unit-specific floor plan, a dated availability plan and the estate masterplan. Before reserving a villa, request the latest price schedule, construction update, plot and title documents, PDS approvals, inclusions and options, service charges, handover terms and warranty information.
