Tamara A5 — Three-bedroom penthouse

A5 is the three-bedroom penthouse explicitly identified in Tamara’s brochure, within Edenrock’s 13-home development in Tamarin. Its plan combines an open living space, three en-suite bedrooms, a separate guest WC and several terraces. The developer advertises private lift access and mountain and ocean views for the penthouses; final views and current specifications require confirmation. Layout and room areas • Open-plan living, dining and kitchen: 78.3 m² • Main bedroom: 24.8 m²; en-suite: 8.7 m² • Bedroom 2: 15.4 m²; en-suite: 5.5 m² • Bedroom 3: 14.8 m²; en-suite: 4.9 m² • Guest WC: 2.9 m² • Back kitchen: 7.5 m² • Five covered terraces: 4.8, 2.1, 3.4, 8.2 and 37.7 m² • Open terrace: 62.6 m² • Advertised total area: 317.5 m², including terraces; this is not an internal floor-area measurement. Advertised specifications include split air conditioning in bedrooms and living areas, a kitchen with oven, hob, extractor and quartz worktop, and an individual storeroom. Connections are provided for other kitchen and laundry appliances; those appliances are not confirmed as included. The brochure describes two covered parking spaces for the large penthouse, but does not explicitly identify that parking allocation as A5, so A5’s allocation must be confirmed. The gallery shows representative artist’s impressions of Tamara’s penthouse design, not photographs of A5. Furniture is not confirmed as included. The brochure is undated and hosted in a September 2023 directory. Current layout, inclusions, price, availability and delivery date require confirmation.
