Pamplemousses

Pamplemousses is a villa community at the heart of Royal Park, Balaclava, with homes positioned along private alleys and landscaped gardens. Royal Park publishes four villa design sizes—180, 205, 235 and 300 m²—with flat- or pitched-roof options and open or covered patios. The project description emphasises natural ventilation, local stone and timber finishes, private swimming pools, outdoor showers and landscaped gardens. The official Pamplemousses page also features a 169.7 m², three-bedroom residence advertised at MUR 23 million, as well as land parcels elsewhere in the wider Pamplemousses area; these are not counted as available villas or as a complete project inventory.
